What CaseClosedFL does—and what it does not do.

Last updated August 19, 2026.

CaseClosedFL is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or representation. Submission does not create an attorney-client relationship, and no attorney match, representation, case value, recovery, or outcome is guaranteed.

Who operates the service

CaseClosedFL is operated under the ABBYCRM name as a Florida accident case-acquisition, screening, and attorney-matching service. Its intake team maintains this website and intake process, reviews submitted inquiries, records consumer contact and consent choices, and coordinates possible connections with participating legal providers. Questions about the service can be sent to [email protected].

CaseClosedFL does not act as a consumer's lawyer, decide whether a claim is legally valid, negotiate a claim, or direct an attorney's professional judgment.

How intake and a potential match work

Consumers begin with questions about the accident, injuries, treatment, fault, insurance, representation status, and location. The intake applies current screening criteria and records qualifying submissions for review. It does not generate a lead when a consumer reports already having an attorney for the incident, and current motor-vehicle screening stops when the consumer reports being primarily at fault.

If an inquiry appears to fit the criteria used by a participating legal provider, relevant information may be considered for a connection with a participating attorney or law firm. A submission does not itself create an attorney-client relationship. A participating attorney must independently review the facts, decide whether to contact the consumer, and decide whether to offer representation. A match is not guaranteed.

Why the case-value tool is not a calculator

Personal injury matters depend on facts that cannot be reduced to a reliable public formula. The site therefore screens factors such as injury severity, treatment, fault evidence, insurance, lost work and future care rather than promising a dollar result.

Quality and compliance process

The intake uses required fields and server-side validation to reduce incomplete submissions. Contact permission is separated from optional consent for automated or prerecorded communications where applicable. The service records the consent choice, relevant consent-text version, telephone number, and timestamp in its customer relationship management records. Communication opt-outs and privacy requests can be sent to the intake team.

The intake displays the not-a-law-firm disclosure before submission, records the consumer's consent choices and sends submitted information only for intake review and possible matching. Participating lawyers remain responsible for their own professional, advertising, disclosure and participation obligations. Consumers should independently verify any lawyer's credentials before choosing counsel.

How we maintain educational content

CaseClosedFL publishes and maintains the educational pages on this site. We review them for clarity, consistency with the current intake process, and prominent consumer limitations. Substantive information pages display a last-updated date and link to our disclosures. Content is not represented as attorney-authored or as a legal opinion.

Educational pages are intended to help consumers organize questions and facts before a professional legal review. They are general information only and may not reflect every exception, deadline, or change in law. They are not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney who has reviewed the actual facts and applicable law.

Important limitations

CaseClosedFL cannot promise that an inquiry will qualify, that a participating attorney will make contact or accept a matter, or that a claim will have a particular value or outcome. The website is not an emergency service and should not be relied on to preserve a legal deadline.
