Service operator
CaseClosedFL is operated under the ABBYCRM name as an accident-intake and possible attorney-matching service. It does not decide the legal merits of a claim, negotiate a claim, or direct a lawyer's professional judgment.
No guarantee of case value or recovery
The case-value screening feature identifies general factors that can matter in accident claims. It is not a legal valuation, settlement estimate, prediction, promise or guarantee. Results vary with the facts, evidence, law, insurance and the independent assessment of a licensed attorney.
Attorney matching
Information submitted through CaseClosedFL may be reviewed to determine whether an inquiry may be suitable for connection with a participating attorney or law firm. A match is not guaranteed. Any participating attorney independently decides whether to speak with a consumer, provide legal advice or accept a representation.
Participating lawyers
When a referral, match or connection is made, CaseClosedFL will provide the information about the participating lawyer and the lawyer's bona fide office location that applicable rules require. Consumers should independently verify any lawyer's credentials and decide whether that lawyer is right for them.
Calls, texts, and optional automated communications consent
The intake separates ordinary case-review/contact permission from optional prior express written consent for automated or prerecorded calls, texts, and voicemail where applicable. Declining the optional automated-communications consent does not prevent a consumer from submitting a case, receiving an intake review, or being considered for a potential attorney match.
CaseClosedFL records both acceptance and refusal, the service state, telephone number, consent-text version, and timestamp in the CRM record. If optional consent is provided, message frequency may vary and message/data rates may apply. Consumers may reply STOP to text messages or contact [email protected] to request that communications stop.
Inbound phone recording consent
Consent to record an inbound Vapi call is separate from automated-call or text consent. A recording-consent prompt runs before the intake assistant begins. A recording is retrieved and attached to the matching HubSpot contact only when the Vapi end-of-call report contains a recording-consent grant timestamp. A caller who does not consent may use the secure website intake instead.
First-party submission evidence
A website intake may include a server-generated evidence receipt in the HubSpot note. It records the server-observed proxy IP and user agent, browser-reported device context, session and page-trail details, consent selections, timestamps, and a keyed SHA-256 integrity digest. This is first-party technical evidence, not a third-party certificate of identity, and browser-reported attributes can be altered or unavailable.
Florida qualifying-provider requirements
Florida regulates lawyer referral, matching, pooled advertising and lead-generation arrangements. CaseClosedFL's operator and participating lawyers are responsible for satisfying any registration, reporting, advertising, disclosure and participation requirements that apply before referrals are made.
No Florida Bar endorsement
CaseClosedFL does not claim or imply that it is endorsed, approved or sponsored by The Florida Bar.
State-specific operating disclosures
Florida
Florida regulates qualifying providers, lawyer referral, matching, pooled advertising, and lead-generation arrangements. CaseClosedFL uses only approved participating-provider arrangements and does not claim endorsement by The Florida Bar.
Automated or prerecorded calls and texts are optional. Declining them does not prevent an intake review. If accepted, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and STOP revokes text consent.
California
California attorney connections are made only through the approved participating-provider arrangement applicable to the inquiry. CaseClosedFL is not a law firm and does not claim State Bar of California endorsement.
Automated or prerecorded calls and texts are optional and are not a condition of an intake review or potential attorney connection. If accepted, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and STOP revokes text consent.
Arizona
Arizona attorney connections use approved participating-provider arrangements. CaseClosedFL does not recommend a particular lawyer, claim specialization, or promise that an inquiry will be accepted.
Automated or prerecorded calls and texts are optional. Declining them does not prevent an intake review. If accepted, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and STOP revokes text consent.
Texas
Texas inquiries are consumer-initiated. CaseClosedFL does not use in-person, live telephone, or real-time electronic solicitation to pressure a consumer and does not promise an outcome, recovery, or representation.
Automated or prerecorded calls and texts are optional and are not a condition of an intake review. If accepted, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and STOP revokes text consent.
New York
New York attorney connections are advertising and intake communications, not legal advice. CaseClosedFL does not promise results, use prior outcomes to imply a similar result, or guarantee that a lawyer will accept an inquiry.
Automated or prerecorded calls and texts are optional and are not a condition of an intake review. If accepted, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and STOP revokes text consent.
Privacy and lead data
Submitted intake information may be stored in HubSpot and may be shared with a participating attorney or law firm for the limited purpose of evaluating a possible connection, subject to the service's privacy practices and applicable law. See the Privacy Notice for more detail.
